We develop and deliver web and mobile applications, design responsive websites, handle e-commerce platforms, and offer specialized software such as utility-billing systems.

- How does your “utility-billing system” work?
Our system (called “JomBill”) supports both postpaid and prepaid billing models, integrates with smart meters, enables client portals for customers to view usage and bills, and allows configuration of tariffs, services and reporting.

Yes. Although much of our work is with mid-market companies, our services like web design, e-commerce development and digital marketing are applicable to smaller businesses looking to grow online.

- Why should I choose JomBill over others?
JomBill offers not only billing but also full AMR functionality. It provides benefits others do not. Learn more about AMR here.
- Do I make payment for the modules I only use?
Payment rules are described in Payment Policy , we don’t take money for separate modules, all functionality is available to our clients. We take payments for each user license on monthly bases and for amount you use system (payment per invoices). Some additional payments might be possible, if client wants some special exclusive modifications for solution.
- Do I get help if my technical knowledge is not sufficient?
You can get help any time by contacting our support team, via mail or online chat.
- Is the content of my database secure once uploaded? Is my clients personal information protected?
Each client only gets access to the database they have created. Information is secured in the internet environment. We do our best to comply with the all PDPA requirements.
- Where is jomsoft located?

- What is average JomBill client size?
The average client size for our utility billing solution is about 20k -50k tenants or clients. The system is scalable and is able to scale from 1000 to 1 000 000 clients.
